Hi! I’m Sherry Ezhuthachan. I’m a Coach and an Idea Doula.

Across my life, I’ve made big visions come to life - personally and professionally. I love the early, ambiguous, and ambitious stages of a new project.

I call myself an Idea Doula because my expertise is in the holistic process of ‘birthing’ ideas and projects. In the corporate world, you might call me a creative catalyst or strategic partner. I help you grow as a human and a leader, so you can finally move from idea to execution.

Bringing an idea to life is a multi-layered, emotional journey. My holistic approach supports your entire experience as you bring your vision to life.

I describe my coaching style as a nest. My clients feel calm, safe, held, and seen, but I will also want you to take the risk to stretch and fly. Above all, I trust and hold you as the expert on your life and lived experience.

My coaching is relational and sits inside an intersectional framing - aware of how interwoven systems of power show up externally and can also harm us from within our minds. Ultimately, I care most about you finding the inner freedom to act on your ideas.
